The Mixergy 120L Smart Unvented Direct cylinder is a mains-pressure hot water tank designed to heat water using built-in electric immersion(s). Manufactured by Mixergy Ltd, it combines an unvented, 120-litre stainless steel cylinder with intelligent controls to deliver fast, efficient hot water while helping reduce energy use.

Mixergy’s top-down heating technology warms only the volume of water you need, giving rapid hot water availability without heating the entire tank. The system connects to the Mixergy app for remote control and monitoring, allowing you to set schedules, choose target volumes, view energy usage, and enable features such as holiday mode and automatic pasteurisation.

This direct model is ideal where there is no boiler connection, and it is compatible with smart tariff scheduling and surplus solar PV diversion via the immersion heater, helping you take advantage of low-cost or self-generated electricity. As an unvented cylinder, it provides high flow rates at mains pressure for comfortable showers and quick heat recovery, with integrated safety controls for temperature and pressure.
