HYDROFLOW HS38A WATER CONDITIONER

The HydroFLOW HS38A Water Conditioner from Hydropath Technology Ltd is an electronic, clamp-on device designed to help prevent limescale build-up and assist with the gradual reduction of existing scale in domestic plumbing and water-heating systems. It fits around the pipe without cutting or plumbing and conditions the water throughout the system downstream of the installation point.

Using Hydropath electronic signal technology, the HS38A encourages hardness minerals to form stable microscopic crystals in the water, which reduces their tendency to adhere to surfaces inside kettles, boilers, heat exchangers, taps, and showers. This helps maintain heat-transfer efficiency and can reduce maintenance associated with hard water.

The unit installs on the cold-water mains (typically after the stopcock) and is suitable for both metal and plastic pipes. It is compatible with combi, system, and vented/unvented cylinders, as well as typical household appliances and fixtures. No chemicals, salt, or consumables are required, and routine maintenance is not needed.

The HS38A is powered by a plug-in mains adapter and includes an LED indicator to confirm operation. It is intended for indoor use in domestic environments.
